I have 15 Brocade FCX648S-HPOE switches that I inherited from previous Network guy. Luckily I have not had to console into one till now. I have tried each of them to console into the switch via the console port and get nothing at all. Just blank screen using Putty. It acts like it connects but nothing on the screen. I can connect to Cisco and HP switches with the same cables so I know it is not the cable. I used the parameters as above and nothing. Reason I need to get into one is had to factory reset one via CLI now cannot get into it. Any ideas as to what to do to troubleshoot?
