How to pull logs from Voyence (NCM) on Linux?

How to pull and tar logs from Voyence (NCM) on Linux?

Go to the "tools" directory and issue the following command, it may be a different directory depending on the install directory of Voyence (NCM)

[root@GN tools]# pwd
/opt/voyence/tools
[root@GN tools]# ./saveLogs.pl all --save-rolled-logs

The logfile zip is at /opt/voyence/logs/logs-10_30_17-14-12-2012-all.zip (24922455 bytes) --> at the end, it will tell you the file name and the location.

You can then get the logs off of the server and send them to EMC support.
